Join us as we foray into the mystical world of mushroom hunting! The Piedmont area of North Carolina, where I currently live, is home to numerous types of wild mushrooms – from the delicious to the deadly. For the past few years, I've joined local mycologist Anna McHugh and other mushroom enthusiasts in mushroom identification hikes where we collect mushrooms, talk about them, and if we’re lucky, cook and taste what we find!
