Apartment Hunting

I'm having such a hard time finding a big enough nice apt I can afford here in the east bay. Saw this one bedroom today on Piedmont Ave. that has potential, but no parking or laundromat. I think I'll keep looking!

Le Concert

Andrei Simoniovich Filipov was a renowned conductor of the Bolshoi orchestra until he got fired for helping Jewish musicians. Thirty years later, while reduced by government regime to a mere cleaning man at the Bolshoi, he stumbles upon a fax from the Châtelet Theater in Paris inviting the Bolshoi orchestra to play. Frustrated with not being able to pursue his passion (and other things), he decides to gather together his former musicians and impersonate the new Bolshoi orchestra in Paris. As a solo violin player to accompany his orchestra (and Gypsy musicians found last minute to fill-in) Andrei specifically requested Anne-Marie Jacquet, a young virtuoso. The rest I'll let you find out on your own. Brilliant comedy directed by Radu Mihaileanu. The end is grand...
